This masterclass is a recording of a live meeting that follows a consistent format:
We begin with a short talk where I set the stage for you to think about sabotage in a whole new way.
I then guide you through journal prompts to help you get clear on how the sabotage is showing up for you and to outline the first steps to transforming it.
We'll use your responses to the journal prompts to do EFT Tapping to allow your secret wisdom of sabotage to guide you to wiser food choices.
This recordings is about 70 minutes long, packed with insights, exercises, and healing techniques.
EFT (also called Emotional Freedom Techniques, or "Tapping") is a gentle, powerful self-help tool that reduces the negative emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger stress.
Some have called Tapping "emotional acupuncture," as it involves fingertip tapping on points that are at or near the end of certain acupuncture meridians.
The tapping acts as a circuit-breaker by disrupting the stress signals that link negative emotions to a particular experience.
