Here are the deets you need to know

Where do these masterclasses come from?

These masterclasses are recordings of the live meetings of "The Un-Dieters' Club," which follow a consistent format:

  • I give a short talk on the topic

  • I then guide you through journal prompts to help you get clear on the challenges you're facing

  • You'll use your responses to the journal prompts to do EFT Tapping to clear subconscious resistance to healing.

How long is each masterclass?

Recordings are a little over an hour each, packed with insights, exercises, and healing techniques.

What is EFT Tapping?

EFT (also called Emotional Freedom Techniques, or "Tapping") is a gentle, powerful self-help tool that reduces the negative emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger stress.

Some have called Tapping "emotional acupuncture," as it involves fingertip tapping on points that are at or near the end of certain acupuncture meridians.

The tapping acts as a circuit-breaker by disrupting the stress signals that link negative emotions to a particular experience.

How do the recordings differ from the live experience?

The recorded sessions offers the same transformative content minus the open Q&A that took place in the live event.

You’ll still benefit from the full experience, with the ability to pause, replay, and take notes at your own pace.

Why isn't the video quality in HD?

The recordings were captured live on Zoom to preserve the authentic, interactive experience—while the video may not be studio-quality, the insights and tools shared are truly transformative.

Plus, if you prefer, there's a high-quality audio version for an immersive listening experience.

Will I need anything to participate?

Just a quiet space and an open mind!

You'll also want to have a journal handy to reflect on the exercises, along with some water and a box of tissues (hey, you never know).

Can I ask questions or get additional support after I complete the series?

Yes! Sign up for an Emotional Freedom Tapping Session with me! We'll laser-focus in on where you need emotional clarity. I'll then guide you through a recorded Tapping session to get some quick relief. The recording will be yours for life to reference again as you need.
